Change Menu Form Background Color
 Step 1
RIGHT-Click on the background (gray area below Title).
The Pop-up menu appears.

Select Properties.
The following tabbed dialog box appears. Click on the three dots to the right of "Back Color" to select a dark blue background color.

Select Properties. Then click on Back Color.
