Add an OLE object (Picture)
Step 1 Open the form toolbox. In DESIGN view, click on the toolbox icon.
 The toolbox appears.

Step 2 If it does not exist, create a bound object frame on a form. Click on bound object icon in toolbox.
 This requires an OLE field in the database. (If you haven't already done so, create a field in the database table and set the field's data type to OLE Object.) You can use an OLE object to store pictures, sounds, information created by other programs.

Step 3 Switch to Form view.
 The Student Information Form is shown with the OLE object visible. Note the controls at the bottom on the window.

Step 4 Move to the record in which you want to insert the object and RIGHT-Click the OLE Object field.
 This causes the menu to pop up. An alternative is to click on the Insert menu and select Object.

Step 5 In the Insert Object dialog box, mark the "Create from File" radio button

Step 6 Click "Browse" to select the file that contains a picture of Mike Miller. Click OK.
 (Select the Display As Icon check box if you want the object to appear as an icon instead of the object itself.) Click OK.

Step 7 DOUBLE-Click the image if you wish to edit it.
 If you need to edit the object, double-click it. The application associated with the filename extension will open so you can edit the object.
