Set margins and page layouts
 Step 1
Click File | Page Setup.
This The Page Setup dialog box appears, which lists options for setting margins and page layouts.

Click the Page tab.

Click the Landscape option button. Then Click OK.
This step changes the orientation to landscape which will allow more columns to fit on a page.

Click File | Print | OK.
