Step 1 Select Design Template option on the New Powerpoint dialog box.
 Click OK

Step 2 Select the Style of Template you wish to use throughout your presentation.
 Click OK. This Design Template will be used throughtout your presentaiton. For this example, we choose "Artsy".

Step 3 The New Slide Dialogue Box appears

Step 4 Select the type of slide you wish to create as your first slide.
 We will select a Title slide

Step 5 The PowerPoint window shows two views, the "Outline" on the left and "Slide" on the right.
 Click in the Title area and type the title for your slide. We typed Annual Meeting. Notice the font color, style, and size is determined by the Template you choose.

Step 6 Click in the subtitle area and type the subtitle.
 We typed Acme Manufacturing Company.

Step 7 To create a second slide, click on the Insert Slide icon.
 The New Slide dialog box appears. We will select a bulleted list.

Step 8 On this slide, we typed the agenda for the meeting.

Step 9 Continue to add slides to your presentation by following the instructions in Step 7.

Step 10 To save your work, select File | Save As from the menu.

Step 11 The Save As dialog box will appear.
 Enter your filename. Specify where to save your work in the Save In box. Click Save.
