Create presentation from scratch
   Step  1
From the Microsoft PowerPoint program, Choose File | New.

Select Create Blank Presentation.
Click OK.

The New Slide dialog box will appear.
Select the type of slide you wish to create.


In our example, we will select a title slide.
Click on Title Slide, then Click OK.

Now you need to fill in the blank title slide

Type "PTA Meeting" in the title area.
Type the meeting date in the subtitle area.

To create another slide, click on the Insert Slide icon.

The New Slide dialog box appears.
We will select a Bulleted List.

Complete the bulleted list slide.

Your Bulleted List slide should look like this.

Create another slide:
a 2-Column slide.


Your 2-Column slide should look like this.

a Table.


Your Table slide should look like this.

A. A Title slide
B. A Bulleted List
C. A 2-Column slide
D. A Table slide.

To save your work,
select File | Save As from the menu.

The Save As dialog box will appear.

Enter your File name.
Specify where to save your work in the Save In box.
