Save and Compress
 Step 1
On the menu, select File | Pack and Go.
The Pack and Go Wizard "Start" screen appears. Click Next.

Select Active Presentation unless you are packing a presentation not presently in use.

To pack your presentation on a series of floppy disks, Select A:\ Drive.

Check Embedded Files and True Type Fonts.
The Pack and Go Wizard "Links" screen. We will embed large sound narration, graphics, and video files. We will also pack up the fonts we used in case they are not available on the destination computer.

If the presentation is for a computer WITHOUT PowerPoint, click on "Viewer for Windows 95 or NT".
We selected "Don't Include the Viewer" because we have PowerPoint available.

Click Next and Finish.
The Storing . . . Screen appears.

When prompted, insert a 2nd, 3rd, 4th . . diskette.
