   Step  1
To print your output, select File | Print.
The Print dialog box appears.


In PowerPoint, you can print your entire presentation. You may print slides, outline, speaker's notes, and audience handouts. You can print copies of your slides on paper or on overhead transparencies.

Select what you want to print in the Print What box.

Your choices are:
Slides, Slides (with builds), Slides (without builds), Notes Pages, Handouts (2 slides per page), Handouts (3 slides per page), Handouts (6 slides per page), or Outline.

In the Copies box, type the number of copies you want to print.

Select the range of slides or notes pages to be printed.

All - prints all the slides in the presentation. Current Slide - prints the current slide or notes page. Slides - prints the range of slides or notes pages you specify.

Choose any additional print options you want.

Scale To Fit Paper - scales slides automatically to fit the paper loaded in your printer. Print Hidden Slides - prints all hidden slides. Pure Black & White -Black & White -

Additional options for Windows users:

Print To File - "prints" the slides to a file so they can be turned over to a service bureau to create 35mm slides or other materials. Collate Copies - collates the pages when you print multiple copies of a presentation.
