Recording Voice Narration
Step 1 To record sound narration, you need a sound card, microphone, and speakers.

Recording Voice Narration
Step 2 On the menu, click Slide Show | Record Narration.
The Record Narration dialog box appears. If you place a check in "Link Narrations In:" the sound files are not part of the PowerPoint presentation (which reduces the size of the PowerPoint file). The narrations are separate files.
