PowerPoint 95 Menu Change the Formatting of a Presentation Next Topic

Objectives:

  1. Learn to change Font face in your presentation
  2. Learn to change Font size in your presentation
  3. Learn to change Font color in your presentation

Changing Fonts in your presentation.

  1. Select the text to change by highlighting.

    2. In this case let’s change the title "PTA Meeting" to blue, Arial, 40 pt.

  2. Choose Format/Font.

    3. The following dialog box will appear.

    1. Select Font typeface of Arial
    2. Select Font style of Bold.
    3. Select Font size of 40 pt.
    4. Select Color.
      1. Select the color from the choices displayed or click on Other Color for more choices.
      2. (Select a shade of blue.)
      3. Click OK
