The Menubar consists of the choices shown below. In the Microsoft suite of products you will see many similarities between products. The menubars of each product will become familiar to you.

Each menubar follows the same pattern.

1. File menu item.
   Open, close, save, and print documents
2. Edit.
   (Cut, copy, and paste information.)
3. View,
   View pages and backgrounds
4. Insert
   Put graphics, page numbers into your publication
5. Format
   Change font, borders, shadows, and frames
6. Tools
   Spelling, Design Gallery, MailMerge, Options
7. Table
   Format table, add/delete columns and rows
8. Arrange
   Layouts, Rulers, Layering, Grouping
9. Window
   Window arrangements
10. Help
